This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by
UPSOFT LLC.
1. Services
UPSOFT LLC provides professional services including business process analysis, system implementation, integrations, automation, and related consulting services.
All services are project-based unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of professional services,
fees paid for completed work are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled before work has started, a full refund may be issued.
If a project is canceled after work has started:
- Fees for completed milestones are non-refundable
- Any prepaid amount for work not yet performed may be refunded at UPSOFT LLC’s discretion
3. Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice via email.
UPSOFT LLC reserves the right to cancel or suspend services if:
- Required information or access is not provided by the client
- There is a breach of agreement or misuse of services
4. Third-Party Software & Licenses
Refunds for third-party software licenses are governed solely by the policies of the respective software vendors.
UPSOFT LLC does not control or modify vendor refund policies.
